CTSolar manufactures and sells our own folding solar panels. These panels are available in 10.4W, 15.4W, 20.8W and 32.2W sizes. The panels fold with 3 or 4 subframes into a compact folded assembly. The subpanels are rugged (no glass, laminated onto fiberglass backing) and are attached to a ripstop nlyon backing. Stock colors are blue or camouflage.
Panel connectors are standard cigarette socket style connectors with 18 inch cable. 1 year guarantee. These panels are the most rugged in the industry and have been taken to every continent, Mount Everest, the North Pole and Antarctica. We have developed innovative solutions to produce large folding aluminum framed panels. These have been incorporated into a go-everywhere solar powered trailer. These trailers are ideal for fire, EMS and disaster recovery activities. Options include high-intensity scene lighting and enough power to run power tools, radio chargers, communications equipment, DC refrigerators, television equipment, etc.
We custom design each trailer to meet your specific needs. We use quality waterproof external power connectors and our components (controllers, inverters, combiner boxes, etc.) are properly installed and designed. Our standard trailer incorporates 1200W of panel capacity with 1000AH of battery bank sizing. Standard inverter is 3KW and larger or smaller inverters can be sourced to meet your exact specifications. We will custom affix your logo and add any devices you desire (rack mounted systems, shelves, etc.). Shoreline charging is standard to keep the unit topped off when stored. CTSolar manufactures a number of innovative solar powered covert security and video monitoring systems. We can provide a basic single camera RF-linked unit that provides a continuous video stream for viewing or DVR recording. We also can provide a full multiple-camera installation with up to 8 RF linked (5.8ghz) covert solar powered cameras that feed live video back to a base unit. The base unit can be free-standing with DVR recording or can be internet-enabled so that you can view streaming video over a secure internet connection. The internet connection can be a broadband connection or can be an internet enabled cell phone link. The base can be powered off of the grid (viewing solar powered remote cameras) or the base can be solar powered as a stand alone system with the cell phone providing remote access. The cell phone enabled solar base and multiple solar powered cameras can be deployed anywhere you wish so long as you have a cell phone signal. We also can configure a system with a single solar powered enclosure that provides camera mounting for several cameras as well as the cell phone link.

Ideal for military, disaster and serious mountaineering expeditions. Take your laptop or scientific device anywhere with the least weight involved in providing power. Our lithium pack weighs less than a third of comparable lead acid packs and will go anywhere. We use lithium batteries with built-in protection circuits and our charge controller also provides sophisticated battery protection and power management. These batteries have excellent shelf-life (minimum self-discharge) and our lithium power centers are paired with our folding nylon solar panels.
